Upload Supporting Documents
Attach your hospital admission letter, discharge summary, and any medical receipts. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.
Submit & Get Confirmation
Once submitted, we will contact you.
Receive Your Payout
Claims are reviewed and processed within 48 hours. Approved payouts are deposited directly into your bank account.
